I am a Registered Social Worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers. I have been practicing in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo for over 15 years, with a background in both the private and public sectors. In this time, I've gained experience providing counselling and crisis intervention in the areas of mental health, substance use, and grief and loss.

I've been provided with the opportunity to support individuals throughout the province, specifically in the facilitation of mental health and suicide prevention and intervention workshops, including Mental Health First Aid,

In recent years, I've been honored to gain valuable knowledge and ways of knowing from the Indigenous communities in our region. I've been engaged in efforts to raise awareness and support for those struggling with mental health and substance use issues, and have shared lifesaving suicide prevention and intervention skills, relevant to community and culture.
